How It Works

Built for the way teachers actually teach

EasyExchange is structured around what teachers already do: verifying identity, managing classrooms, designing meaningful tasks. Here's how the platform works from sign-up to your students' first exchange.

Verify your account

Teachers sign up with their school-affiliated email. We verify every account before it goes live, so every teacher in EasyExchange is who they say they are.

Build your classroom

Add your students with teacher-generated class codes. Students never sign up directly. You control who joins, when, and how they participate.

Find your exchange partner

Browse partner classrooms by language, country, age group, or subject area. Or invite a teacher you already know. Many of our pilot teachers come in with an existing connection abroad.

Design the exchange

Use our pre-built task templates (conversation prompts, cultural activities, collaborative projects) or build your own. Set the pace, the format, and the depth that fits your curriculum.

Run the exchange

Students send written and audio messages, with video coming later. Every exchange is visible to you and logged. Nothing happens outside your view.
