What Makes EasyExchange Different

Student safety and meaningful learning come first. We are built for teachers, led by teachers.

Safety at the Core

We take privacy seriously. EasyExchange is designed to be compliant with GDPR and FERPA. The compliance realities of secondary education aren't an afterthought here. They are the design environment.

  • Only verified teachers can create accounts
  • Students join only through teacher-approved class links
  • All participation is teacher-authorized and visible to teachers.

Teacher-Led. Teacher-First.

EasyExchange exists to support the work teachers already do, not add to their load. Teachers control everything: the pairing, the tasks, the timeline.

  • School-affiliated email verification required
  • Access to a library of pre-built task templates
  • Full control over classroom participation

Flexible for Any Classroom

EasyExchange adapts to your learning goals. Design exchanges that fit your curriculum, your community, and your students' interests, without starting from scratch.

  • International language exchanges between countries
  • Cultural exchanges within the same country
  • Local community exchanges within cities or regions

What can you do with EasyExchange?

Safe, Moderated Environment

Teacher-controlled from start to finish. Teacher verification and classroom controls support safe, appropriate interactions for every student in your class.

Curriculum-Friendly

Designed to complement what you're already teaching. Exchanges fit into existing lesson plans. No full unit overhaul required.

Cross-Cultural Learning

Every interaction is intentionally structured to build communication skills, intercultural understanding, and the kind of global competency that travels beyond the classroom.

What an exchange looks like

A student in Spain answers a question from a class in the US. Every message is visible to both teachers.

October 2026 Pilot Programs

We're looking for partner high schools to help us build this right.

Our October 2026 pilot focuses on high schools in the U.S. and Europe, and we welcome interest from anywhere. We're prioritizing exchanges that include at least one U.S. partner school, and looking for teachers who will tell us honestly what works and what doesn't. These partnerships will shape the platform.
